I'm too lazy to write the whole backstory rn but this is Kazuo! He's 100' tall, and he's a orca-croc-shark kaiju child!

Name: Kazuo, or "Subject 519"
Height: 100 feet or 30.5 meters
Age: Tweens

Abilities: Ironically, he doesn't have many abilities that one might consider extraordinary. The one he DOES have is the ability to manipulate water currents around him. Though that's less of an extreme ability and more of a physical skill he's perfected.

Backstory: Kazuo wasn't born naturally. He was made by the wily Dr. Harley Mezzanine in a sort of large glass tube. Don't worry, he wasn't treated as less than human or left alone in the vat for long periods of time. Dr Harley, while crazy, cares deeply for the beings they make. And Kaz wasn't any different. They doted on Kaz, spending time with him as much as possible while he was growing.

The entire process of him being as big as he is was a surprise to Dr Harley, however. One day they came in to check on Kazuo, and saw he had grown a lot! He barely could fit in the tube! Harley, realizing he was now ready to be out of the tube, sent Kazuo out into the artificial environment where all of their creations call home. By the time Harley reached the big guy in the lake made just for him, he'd grown to his full size of 100' and was happily splashing in the vast open space.

Nowadays, Kaz is allowed outside of the facility like all of the other creations, with the exception of going into huge cities and staying out past a curfew.

Personality: Kazuo is a mischievous big fella. He likes to spook swimmers and passing sailors, maybe playing tricks on a boat or two. He's never hurt anyone though, and actually has saved lives of people who were drowning. He may act tough, snarky, and cool, but he'll melt into blushes at a single sincere compliment!
