finished.. damn I am so tired...

12 hours with a pencil-sketch on a DinA3 paper.
Then colored with photoshop.

lol.. I was like, cooking in the kitchen when I suddenly had this inspiration.
I went to draw the sketch... after that my meal was cold D:
anyway... like it. Though I don't like the Background

He's beautiful. this must have taken an age!!! I think i like the bowed head best as it looks almost reverant (if thats even a word) kinda sad too. but brilliant.

You could have a sort of sumbliminal image in the rocks, i thought there may have been one =o but didn't see it... I vote for a different background as well >_> i mean... he's the LORD of storms, he can do better XD How about a gust over his back and destruction fading into the rear right of the pic? Have a scared monkey in a cave under him

A really, really nice piece. This fella certainly does have a presence about him. I can just see the poor adventuring party climbing up that mountain and getting a look at him.... hope their chain mail comes with toilet paper......

A hint for the tornado/funnel cloud, perhaps try making more of a whispy circular stroke. Towards the top of the tornado/funnel cloud it seems like the whisps outside of the tornadothingy are coming straight down out of the sky, I'd suggest making it more irregular since funnel clouds aren't quite as organized as full fledged tornados. Otherwise, the bottom is done extremely well, excellent dust cloud, it really shows the rotation!
Of course, this is all personal opinion, but I figured I'd give it.

Oh wow, I absolutely love the detail you put into this. (: The way that the tail curves, but the hair still flies off with the wind. The rocks were done really well too. I'm a sucker for this kind of colouring - it's my favourite. I like how the light touches on them.. and the non-obstructive background. It creates a nice atmosphere to it.. and it's awesome. :b

Nice work on the clouds, although the tornado needs a little work. I really like the dragon though, he's really pretty, and after watching Spirited Away last night somewhat ironic. ^_^ *cuddles* He's so pretty!
