Now I really want to come up with a fan-fiction involving the story behind this picture! Would you mind if I did so sometime in the future as long as I credited you for the art piece used to set the scene onΒ www.fimfiction.net/ ? I have an account with the same and I have been planing on posting some great fan-fictions on here, that I have been meaning to write and share with the MLP:FIM fan community, but I always kept forgetting to do so.

I think this shows an important side of Celestia's regalia. This made me think more about an aspect of the series I never paid much attention.

I think that's the first time I've ever seen anyone do a picture of Spike's mother. Neat! I wonder how her egg ended up with Celestia, too, but I like the idea that the two knew each other and that they had a good relationship built on mutual respect and trust.

This has to be done! I have no idea how Celestia would have convinced Spike's mother to give up his egg though (in a way that still ties in with the peacefulness of Equestria).

That's so sad, though it might be true with how abrasive dragon's are. Maybe his was the smallest egg and wasn't hatching, so she gave it up/left it when they migrated.
