I recently read this work of yours. It was interesting premise but it could have been fleshed out more. Might have made a better tragedy then Erotica given the unethical actions Madalynne had to take to make this happen.
And one mayor criticism I fave with the book it the talk show scene before the audience member's outburst when Thesis and Antithesis would naturally square off comes across as a bit of a Straw-man.

I think fat was popular, it was when people did not have money, so being fat meant you were well off and could feed yourself a lot of food.
