You're right. She's clearly not Krystal. This is clearly an utter failing on the part of the artist to include vital details that enable me to realise who this is.
The face, styling of the tail, Starfox emblem and character design in general just aren't good enough!
Seriously chum, be less of a pedant. It is obviously who we think it is.
Having said that, I am going to query a detail myself, although I don't think anything's actually wrong. I assume that she's temporarily transitioned to her left shoulder, perhaps for some situational reason? I only ask because she's holding the pistol grip with her right hand and still has her right eye open/left eye closed, so that's what I assume is going on. In any case, I do like the design of the weapon system itself, the fact it is shouldered and that she at least appears to look like she knows what she's doing with it.
Good work. Oh, it's also nice to see artwork of Krystal that isn't just fanservice, but that actually depicts her being badass.
