Hmmm, I would like to say yes, buuut their wings just aren't strong enough to support their weight. So no not really. I mean, wygors are relatively light, they're sort of bird like, but their wings just aren't strong or big enough. Younger wygors however may be able to do some of that!

These wygoraptors are rly neat! The green and red highlights in his color schemeΒ look very appealing to me.

Well, they use to be able to fly, sort of anyways, like millions of years ago lmao
Their wings are just getting smaller and smaller over time, like the human jaw. Because they no longer need their wings. They always used them more for show, really. Especially with the bright flashy colours they're sporting.
Their wings aren't very strong either, I don't even think you could consider them wings, really. The membrane isn't supported by any digits and a lot of it is probably made of cartilage,,,
