Well, this wasn't meant to be Arwen from the beginning, it was just in the end when I changed the womans hair from red/purple to black/blue, and there she was! My thoughts flew to Tolkiens lovely Arwen, and so I changed some small details, added a quick background and voila! (Please don't look at her hands, it's impossible for me to draw hands with a mouse, I totally suck at it) The dress really belongs to one of my characters in a fictional story, but Arwen borrowed it
