Wow.. I just commented on a website that used something very similar to this... It didnt have the woman in it I don't believe. I saw it on Command Shift 3. [link] I do believe I like the brighter colours on yours - and without the splashes. Yours would have my vote

That's funny, that is the layout that inspired me to create this one. As you said the colors were subtle and I wanted them to pop. I decided to add the girl because to me it seemed without character. Well I must say.. I do like the look of yours better. The colours on yours seem much more coordinated. I don't know if it is the saturation difference of the subtle difference in shade.. but I do like how yours pops!
