Wooooo! It's finally done!
It's also my new avatar!It was a 52x34 image but i wanted it to be 50. So I changed it so as he runs he moves forwards a bit. I think it's better this way. I'm not going to upload a sprite sheet just yet. I have to make at least one more animation before I do so.
As always, this took me quite some time, so if anybody uses it please ask me or at least credit me.
Update: I changed the third frame so that the arms come out a little more so it looks more fluid.
Update 2: I found out why it wasn't fluid. The second and third frame had Sonic's nose 15 pixels from the edge of the picture. So in third frame, I moved him back one pixel so it should look better now.

myself, it did take a wile. I used the color red to make an outline and then fill it in when the shape looked right.

wow good advise thanx!! btw what program do u use? use paint so its hard to make the run because it wont let me rotate less then 90 degrees

You know what, your right. It's the third frame were the feet and hands come together. I'll edit it a bit to make it look more fluid.
