About 8Bit

When 8 was ten years old, they were badly injured in an accident that broke several of their ribs beyond repair. They lived under a wealthy family who was able to get them high-end cybernetic parts to replace their broken skeleton. When 8 turned seventeen they were kicked out of their parents house from coming out as their son, and they had to scrape on by since then.

8Bit is 80% organic and 20% cybernetic. The only cybernetics/implants they have are their hands, upper endoskeleton, and their eyes. Their hands and eyes malfunction a lot due to them being of low-quality and they have frequent trips to the Doctor in order to repair them. 8Bit enjoys both drawing and gaming so they saved up for a new pair of hands in order to avoid things like carpal tunnel syndrome or hand cramps in general. They got their optical enhancements as a job requirement so they could work long hours without straining their eyes.

8's hobbies include playing the "old games" on their Gamecube, GBA, SNES, etc. Their great grandfather owned the consoles back in the day and their grandmother gave it to them on their 13th birthday. They are 8's most prized collection. 8 also owns a pet cyberfish, a lil robo goldfish that really doesn't do much but keep him company.
