I don't watch 'Bleach'. I just saw this girl while I was playing a SCANDAL song in Osu. XDShe caught my attention and tada~h, here she is. OwO I dunno her personality but, I can see in the reference pictures that she's a bit of a tsundere or something. >.<
And, I changed her outfit a bit into a maid costumes~ ^o^

Overall I'd give this a 5/5.
To start with the background, I really love the detail you added. I like the obvious different patterns of the window, the wall and the curtains. It gives it a sort of realistic feel while still looking anime like. The light from outside looks like it's hitting her and if you were going for that, you did a very good job.
The shading on the hair is also good. I feel likes it's missing a bit more darker shade though, just to give it the feel of the light source. I also like the maid outfit. Its really cute as well and simple too. Simple is cute.
Assuming from her blushing, it seems like you were going for a shy/embarrassed sort of look. Which you almost capture. I think if you tweaked the eyebrows a bit you'd get it.
I find this really cute. She looks very adorable and I like the colors you used for the bed. (:
