His eyes and hands can create an electromagnetic discharge, capable of creating immensely powerful bolts of electricity, or even that of an E.M.P.(electromagnetic pulse). This why he is often seen discharging such energy around his eyes, as it can interfere with others trying to sift through his mind.
He is also capable of line of sight teleportation, which allows him to teleport to a destination which he can see. This can also include live video feeds via camera, or live digital uplink via the internet. It is unknown what events might occur should Impervious ever attempt to teleport to an area/destination that he cannot see.
