Novine Dazzle is an alicorn princess studying under Princess Fausticorn. She is the princess or I should say Guardian of the Necklissis tribe. She is a very wise and friendly pony that you can talk too, but she is sometimes fierce because thats maybe when she is troubled or angry.She is the daughter of the rulers of Las Pegasus, but she officially got upset for some reason, so then she left the castle and became I ruler of that tribe.She gets along very well with her 5 friends, Painting Mist, Musical Star, CookieShine, Scribbler Weather and Ballet Ball. Her age is not what people could expect, but she is 20, but ponies think she might be lying and her real age is 27, because she seem soo mature that people can't guess her real age. She doesn't want to reveal her talent because that was the time when she has enough of those talents that ponies were suppose to have.She is suffering with her mental illness, which is bipolar, but she tries to keep it stable whenever she thinks about it.
