The squadron Took Part in the closing event OADF-OMDF Joint exercise , However during the exercise the ghryphon flight was engaged with numbers of unknown aircraft signaling Osea IFF signal the squadron then tasked to Chase down The unknown flight into Yuktobanian Border Where they were intercepted by Yuktobanian Air Force coincidentally Chasing another flight of unknown origin attacking Murska Air base. However,As The Unknown Crafts dissapeared from radar, The Yuktobanian Air force begin to engage ghryphon flight,ghryphon was ordered to withdraw which Ghryphon 1 refuse to accept order and engage Yuktobanian fighters in order to protect the rest of squadron.in the aftermath of this incident, Yuktobanian and Osean Federation's relationship escalates into crisis.While Ghryphon Number 1 and 3 were stated as MIA,The rest of squadron then Disbanded and it's personel are discgarged from Osean Military.

Shortly After,The Remaining Pilots were recruited into an Ustio's Private Military Company and flew in 2-ship formation under the same Squadron Name in honor of their lost comrades. and earn their status as mercenary ace in the Second Belkan War escalation not long after the downfall of nemesis asteroid.
