I told you I was going to upload something
As you can see, I decided to draw the hedgehog trio, partly in consideration to those of you who watch me for my Sonic fanart and to celebrate the 10000 pageviews. Strangely enough, this is the first time I've uploaded a drawing of Shadow in dA.
Another thing I wanted to accomplish was to produce art faster. I have to admit that I achieved it, and even with pretty decent results. But, even if I contradict myself, I'm not happy with the results. It feels rushed and without that extra polish I like to add.

SOME QUESTIONZ:
-what program?...or by hand..?

I'd be delighted to help.
-I did this completely by hand. Drawn with a mech. pencil (it's just a personal choice, a normal pencil works just as well), inked with black pens and coloured with coloured pencils.
-Well, if you had absolutely no idea how to draw, I'd say you could start by copying whatever you like to draw. However, this is only slightly useful and only at the beginning. You should start working out how the structure of the character works and trying to recreate it without references. Of course, if you don't know how something looks you have to look it up but you should try to draw your own poses and perspectives.
When you intend to draw backgrounds, studying how perspective works is really important. Yes, it's basically geometry but it's pretty straightforward and it's almost necessary if you want to put a lot of things together in the same scene.
-I'm not sure who is Shadow going for. He seems to be looking at Silver so maybe he is going to fight him. Maybe he is just trying to stop the fight
