As u know, when u shake ur digital camera while u r making a shot in the night, and u got a really noob camera like the one I have, u can got a nice trace effect made be the lights. Based on this effect, I made this wallpaper 5minutes ago with photoshop cs3 cuz I've got nothin better to do.. lol
