Description Valerie Brannigan: He's completely insane!
Thomas Kincade Brannigan: That, and a bit magnificent.

David Tennant as the Doctor in the Doctor Who episode Gridlock, with the most adorable kitty ever on his shoulder.
Pink bows are cool. I bet this is where the Doctor got his current love for bow ties (yeah probably not).

This is my first attempt at drawing something in my Moly (finally ). I had a hard time getting used to the paper, even though I loved it right from the start. Somehow it manages to have more texture than my Bristol paper, but still is more smooth than that Bristol paper. Especially tricky when you're trying to shade properly and keeping things from getting too blurry or too crisp.
Anyway, all in all I quite like it. I even had great fun drawing Ten's hair and the kitty's fur ( I always hate drawing hair)!

Aw, this is so cute! Well done, nice, smooth shadings, they fit the subject well. The colour is a nice addition, makes the kitty even more cute xD

Thanks a lot! The colour seemed 'right' to add, I was a bit afraid it would be a bit too dull if it were just in black & white.

*squeee*

I mean, it's 10 with a kitten and it's in a Moly. 8D It's like three of my favourite things in one. No, four actually, because I also have a thing with bits of colour in monochrome drawings.

You say you loved drawing the hair and IT SHOWS! See, you have to be nice to hair, then it'll be nice to you. Marvellous, marvellous outcome.

Moly paper ftw! I wish they'd sell the sheets separately and in different sizes because that paper is heavenly.

I seem to have pushed all your right buttons then. *files away for future reference*

You know, you also have to give Moly some credit for that pretty hair. If it wasn't for that pretty paper it wouldn't have looked this good. I'll be nicer to hair in the future though.
Oh, I'd love to buy separate sheets of Moly paper. I'm still not quite sure what's the best way to draw/shade stuff on it, but I know for sure that I love it.

True. Everything looks better on Moly paper.

What I like the most about that paper is the colour. You don't have to worry about traces of graphite all the time, because they won't stand out as much as they do on white paper. I'm unable to find good off-white or yellowish paper from the local stores, so my Molys are everything I've got. I need to look around online and see what I can find. I know there are also A4 Molys, the folio ones, but I think they don't use heavyweight paper there.

All the off-white and yellowish paper I've seen in the stores so far looks incredibly cheap.
Moly paper.

Ah, Tennant was definitely my favourite Doctor. I know that a lot of people won't agree with me when I say that since Matt Smith became the Doctor, the show seems to have lost the 'science' part of science fiction. Awesome piece of artwork though! Consider it ed!

To be honest, I love both Matt and Ten in their own ways but I have to agree that the 'science' part was more important in Ten's time (wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey ). I liked that he was always on about stuff no one understood.
Anyway, thanks a lot!

This is really nice. I honestly though it was a sepia-tone photograph when I clicked on it, but it turned out to be something even better. I love the depth of the details, especially the hair. <3
