This looks like a Tau fire Warrior Team, carrying pulse carbines. With slight aesthetic variations on the armour, looking much like the older XV-1 class infantry suit. With a little tweaking,you could make this a long lost Tau unit, from before the current Age of Expansion. Also, love the picture and the background. Now,all you need is some backstory. Nice job!
