I really really think that I needed to do more Klonoa series fanart recently.
Yes, Klo is an obvious one, but King of Sorrow was another.
Inspired by the line in the cut-scene:
「僕はこの世界にいちゃいけないのか！」
"Is there no place for me in this world?!"

Nice job with the expression, detail in the scarf, and background. It looks really good. I'm under the understanding that you referenced this off an official picture of KoS, but the only thing I can think to critique on his how the rest of his body doesn't really seem to go along with his thrusted out arm or overall mood of the picture. Too relaxed, too limb.
But the picture is still really good. X3

I see wehat you mean there, but then, I realize he LOOK really limp even when he sounds upset in that cutscene.. I wasn't entirely sure if that had to do with the technology or they did it on purpose.. so I went with what they had... but yes, it does seem real bland when it coes to movement. XD;

interesting concept. I always thought it was interesting that throughout the game you thought Leorina was the villain yet its really this king who appears briefly at the beginning but fully at the end. But yeah...does he really exist? In my thoughts, yes. It's great lineart by the way.

I ALMOST had it this summer, but it was sold to some dude who couldn't even pronounce "KLonoa"(apparently it was something like cologne-ah) the day before I got to the convention DXX Oooh, boy was I mad; I had orginally wanted to go the day before, but my mum was busy and, well a whole buncha other crud ._. Ahh, well. I'll get it even if I have to chip my PS2 and make a rip-copy!

The arm length is actually based on the official length, where the whole arm is only about one head length. Although it still felt WAY too short for me, so I did a separate length for the hand.

I think it looks fine not as a CG honestly. I think you did a great job on his umm, scarf thing...you made it long and curvy, instead of just straight like me XD. And his expression is great, probably because you're good at drawing crying people 8D.
The only crits are well, what you got lazy on really XD, cept the background, I think I actually like it.

For me, that was one of the first types of expressions I learned to draw. ~ It's one of the first few that a lot of people pick up. XD
