He wasn’t the emperor before, nor didn’t he look like this, he’s even the youngest Neocron emperor so far. Years after the genocide of his race he would seek to create 12 different children. With one being the chromian race, the 12th child who shall evolve over time and take his species place to finish what the Neocrons have started, universal domination.
