(Wanted to change up the Neocron species esthetic, so I experimented with things and made brushes, this was the final result)

Neocron Oracle

Height: 16.6 feet

Ranking: Working class

Type of frame: Cephalon and Neocron

Size type: Tallgese

Species: Neocron

Weapons/powers: with the staff in hand they’re capable of controlling nearby beings, as well as capable of firing beams of actual light. Able to see things from far away with their exquisite eye sight, they can even make eyes appear somewhere far away if needed to. Even without its staff it can still use its tendrils to pierce or strangle opponents. When outside of its mechanical shell as it’s true form, not only is it huge but it can as well use telepathic abilities and other godlike powers to use as an advantage towards opponents.

What do they do?: Oracles are in charge of overseeing things in the realms of light and beyond, transmitting messages to authorities on what is happening. They can even travel outside of realms of light if needed, to carry out tasks like scouting or “spying”. They might look powerful, especially when out of its mechanical shell, but keep in mind this is just a worker unit if anything, a drone with its own consciousness.
