Not made by the Crimson Empire or anywhere just. This massive automaton was constructed by the faction the Dark Wizards reside in, the Void.

The Void created these massive false Dreamers to try and combat the Crimson Empire and cause terror elsewhere. These automatons are controlled via Psionic control and made with metals from an ancient place the Void harvests them from, as for how these units are made is another story.
