By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to all terms and services listed below.

1. How to buy a commission

Send me a direct message with the required information about the commission:

Reference sheet (REQUIRED) Text descriptions are not okay. I will not design your character for you unless you are paying me to do so. Please provide the most recent, most accurate ref of your character.

Style (Optional) I offer commissions in 3 different styles. Chibi, Doodle, and Default. If not specified, then i will choose my default style.

Pose (optional)

please specify if your commission is private or public. if you do not wish for your commission to be shared on my public portfolios, you must let me know.

Any additional information is always welcome!

If one or more of the required information is missing, then i will take creative liberties on the choice. The more info you provide, then the better i can understand what you want.
I also reserve the right to make color/design changes to better suit my style. (Remember, you are paying me to to draw in MY style, so the character may not 100% resemble its canon form.)

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason! Keep in mind that there are some themes and motifs that I do not do. Porn commissions are accepted on a case-by-case scenario. Please just ask what I am willing and not willing to do.

2. How to Pay

All commissions are required to be paid in full. Once down payment is received, then i will begin the commission. Partial (50%) payments may be considered for first time commissioners or large projects. Commission must be paid in full before delivering final result to client.

3. The artistic process

I will be more than happy to provide work in progress photos. The initial sketch will be sent for approval. Once approved, I will begin the rendering. Please do not message with last minute changes after approving the sketch. You will be charged a correction fee.

I will do everything in my power to meet your needs.
Once the commission is 100% complete, however, only small changes are allowed.

These include but are not limited to

Coloring mistakes (wrong eye color, etc)
Marking errors (character has 3 stripes instead of 2 etc)
General art mishaps.

Any major changes will come with an extra charge.
These include but are not limited to

Outfit changes
Pose changes

Please do not rush me! I am not a full time artist. I work a full time job to pay the bills. Drawing is what I do in my spare time. Feel free to check in now and then but do not bombard me with progress updates. I promise I am still working on it. I generally allow a 2 week period to complete commission work unless otherwise noted.

5. Usage/Reposting Policy

Rights that I as the artist hold:

Posting to all my social media sites and anywhere else that I please. This includes in posts promoting my work and in any published works in the future. If you are purchasing a private commission, you must say so in your initial request, otherwise i will post to my all my social media platforms.

I may use the commissioned piece in any way I please. This does NOT mean I will take credit for creation of character. Just for the artwork produced.

Rights the commissioner holds:

Repost artwork to PERSONAL social media and other sites. (with proper credit to artist).

Make prints and other merchandise of pieces if so desired for PERSONAL USE, unless agreed otherwise. Some printing companies may require written consent from artist in order to print. Just ask me and i will provide what is needed.

Please do NOT do any of the following:

Reproduce or sell my artwork commercially. (Unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are commissioning for business reasons, this needs to explained in note.)

Take credit for the artwork. Please just don't.

Remove any watermarks/signatures.

Alter the artwork without consent.

6. Cancelling and Refunds

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If you need to cancel the commission during progress, I still expected to be paid for my time. Depending on the time and progress made, I may only refund up to 50%-75% of price. This will be discussed on a case by case basis. No refunds on commissions already 100% completed.

If you are not satisfied with your commissioned artwork, I will do what I can to accommodate you, within reason. I will NOT completely redraw something for free. Major changes need to be made once the rough sketch is sent to you. After that, Correction fees will apply if changes are desired after finished product. I have the right to decline your request to alter a commission after it is done.

Please let me know if you do not understand anything I have written here. I will be more than happy to have a polite discussion with you.

Trust is the most important thing. If we cannot trust each other, then we cannot do business together.

7. Other Things to Note

Please save your art as soon as you can. i will hold on to your original files for up to a year and then i wipe them from my drive.

What do i define as "Complex Design"? This includes but is not limited to, wings, antlers, very detailed markings, tattoos, fashionable intricate clothing, extra limbs, etc.

How does the NSFW fee work? What defines the "up to 30%" range? This is totally dependent on the level of nudity involved, and lewd content. I will type out a guide to help you get a better understanding but keep in mind that i will ultimately decide what to charge for NSFW content.

10% - The content is fetishy in nature but doesn't show nudity, ie., skunk spraying, bondage, ahegao etc. This also includes lewd poses that don't show nudity and/or very skimpy clothing (wet tshirt, nipples showing thru shirt, etc)

20% - full or partial nudity, exposed breasts and genitals. If you are purchasing a NSFW variant in addition to your SFW commission, this would be the charge.

30% - pornographic content. sex between characters/masturbation. includes nudity and fetish content.
