3ds max 9, vray 15rc3No critique please, I'm trying out Vray on my laptop.

Hey man, did you misspelt for "Vray (1.50) SP3" ... cuz seem I remember it's newly release in 2009 or older but June 2008, sound wrong!... (even SP2 came out Oct 03, 2008) Maybe you mentioned RC3, man?

Very nice mate but maybe the light is a bit washed out?
And try increase the Sample and maybe turn on GI and/or FG to get rid of the spottiness

Sun/Sky generate a good image surly but overall i think setting light up on your own help the most.

In the pic I've only used
1x Directional Light for the shadows
1x Ambient for overall light
and 1 emitter to make it bounce and so on.
i know thats is possible in 3DsMax/Vray As well

whoa man thats a lot of knowledge u got!!! I havent tried directional lighting / ambient lighting / emitters n stuff.. i'll try them out as soon as possible

yep you should do that.. that way u have much more control how the lights jump around and so on
