You've been consistent with how Rose manages to project varying levels of sensuality and sexuality and I think part of the joy of this comic is how she swings between her baseline sexy that she generates just by standing in a room right up to what we've got here where she's laying it on thick.

Hmmmm.... Why the attitude-y blonde, of all pople? Mimi and Rose were actively *scouting* for girls to "give the potion"... Was it just that blondie exhibited a personality that was recognized as exploitable in getting her to join the ranks? And why do they want her to?
Is Rose being tasked bynher job to recruit team members because her program is going so successfully that the people,running the show want more operatives like her? Or does Rose think getting Eclair on-board will help sprout the seed she has put in Megan's head? If so, why does Rose want Megan to be boosted so badly?
Thus far, Rose has shown nothing but total lovesteuck desire for Jack, and her own size/figure is her major advantage over Megan in the war for his heart. So I'm thinking either Rose wants to be part of a harem of beauties like her for Jack (quite unlikely with the attitude we've seen exemplified thus far) or Rose is feeling *very* insecure and *needs* Megan to be on the same page as her physically to,see if Jack would still choose her over Megan.

There is the fact she fill a stereotype for Rose, and she has some affection for jack, but there is another point we will address in the near future for choosing her.
and well pushing Megan a bit more its part of the plan, I can not deny that, but not the main reason.
as I put in another post Rose is trying to make a fantasy she built in her head, and she can be a bit unstable there. now there is also the point of this being the writer first works and with the mistakes and learning this imply
