Ok, I have read this on the comic's main page. Knowing full well this is fun comic and awesome characters, and I know that I shouldn't get to into analyzing this, but as some one who takes thing way too seriously and one who tries to get character development... would this be considered a form of bullying?
Now I know Rose and Mimi is doing this to help Eclaire get with Jack, but the use of physical and mental intimidation to push her towards the agenda that Rose wants just hits me the wrong way. Rose is putting the message out that, "If you want to be with MY Jack, you got to do it MY way" I know that this could backfire on her, but it seems she had plan ahead with this.
I mean no ill-will this comment and I hope this doesn't alter anything in the comic (that is that last thing I want) and really enjoy the cast and world you got. Just my two cents.

As for Rose, well Her Full name is Rose Drake, this should be a hint already, she is not necessarily a goody two shoes, in fact many times as I writhe I think of her as a bit of an antagonist, she does a lot of stuff that is actually disturbing if you think about it, and she has shown not to be totally stable.
Now there s also the thing I have been a bit inconsistent, since this is my first work beyond just some short process, and been making stuff as I go, so I m not surprised things may be a bit rough around the edges here and there, so all critique is welcome

Thanks for the responce, Night. It just never crossed my mind that someone who is as kind and somewhat innocent as Rose could have a conniving side to her. What you said also made me think of a concept that could be explored: What did her treatment do to her mentally?

Yes. This is peer pressure, which is a form a bullying. There are only 2 outcomes: 1) Rose doesn’t care about competition because she’s so sure Jack will choose her and wants to see an enhanced Eclair just for the hell of it, or 2) Knowing Rose, there’s some hidden ulterior motive behind enhancing Eclair (and possibly others).

Well, Rose is a really sweet girl that seem to lack a certain amount of relationship know-how that could lead to problems. But nothing that she wants to do on purpose. She just wants the best for Jack and she believes that having girls like her for him is the prime solution. But I don't like the way she did it personally, that is all. You're probably right on the second guess, btw.

Well Rose is handing it out. In one of the old previous pages, they did mention that she is exceptionally smart. So she may have been able to duplicate the serum behind her father’s back and use it for her own personal reasons. At least, that’s my educated hypothesis.

I was in favor of the blonde girl that it was not good to be a freak, but now... it's a shame to see that happen. Honestly, it would have been great to see someone who did not give up on those kinds of things to end up in something that society probably didn't see with good eyes. *sigh* Okay, let's see what happens next.

on broad strokes Eclaire hates to not be the center of attention the little princess, and sees Rose as stealing HER spotlight, unable to directly compete with her she tries to gain some dirt on her but Mimi and Rose tease, saying to her she can stand in their shadow, and that's shes just an average girl rile her up enough to get a reaction out of her.
as for why rose is after her... well first she is trying to make a fantasy she built in her head, she has never been totally mentally stable for me, but there is also she having some affection for jack, and another reason we shall address in time.

I will put it like this ^_- Rose isn't quite mentally stable without Jack, and Jack, well, he's missing out on a cosmic "secret" when he's without Rose. They balance each other and open possibilities with borders, but not limits, for the other. After all, he did go study something SERIOUS for 2 years overseas...

That makes sense in part, but there's the problem that becoming... that's Mimi and Rose, it's still something to deal with. Eclaire is still ready after all, she may have insisted on the fact that she is a normal person compared to Mimi and Rose, and that is the big problem. Mimi and Rose are literally freaks, while Eclair is not; that is the difference. Eclaire can use her influences to get people in school to not trust Rose and Mimi for what they look like and those two (Rose and Mimi) couldn't do anything about it because she would be right in the end. Mimi and Rose chose to be like that of their own accord and because of that they would not have anyone else to blame more than themselves. Not to mention, the fact that Mimi and Rose are stronger than a normal human being to the point that they are scary, which is something that can cause problems. Eclaire looks pretty, is popular and, more than anything, she is a normal human being; that is the reason why Eclaire acts outside his character. Sorry.

Lol I feel the same way. But then again, it’s more than likely Rose taking advantage of the situation. She’s extremely smart after all, so she knows how to push peoples’ button in just the right way for them to act in accordance to what Rose wants more than likely. So I can’t blame Eclair all that much. Either Rose doesn’t care about “competition” for her brother, or there’s some ulterior motive behind this, which I think is the case here.

Thanks for answering my comment. However, the problem is that Eclair is acting outside of her character because she previously showed it with a more intelligent way of acting than what is seen here. Basically, the fact that Eclair acts in this way, as shown on this page, in the presence of Rose, when clearly it is her (Eclair) who has the advantage in this situation for the simple fact that she is normal, not makes sense at all.

Very true. She is acting different compared to how she was in previous pages. But the fact that no one except Jack truly knows what his type of girl is, leaves everyone else guessing. (At least, that’s what I think is the case) So Im guessing Eclair wasn’t properly thinking about the whole scenario and thought that maybe the extremely developed ones are his type, even though they more than likely aren’t. Who knows, maybe she might be able to beat Rose at her own game. They still have different personalities after all, so I guess it’s still anyone’s game.

While we do get another girl essentially "upgraded", it's supposed to be top secret. Meaning, the more people that get to know about this, the more it becomes less and less of a secret. And something tells me golden drills here won't exactly try to keep it a secret
