This was the opening piece I did for my inaugural live-art stream, and I have say it was a fantastic experience.

I was joined by none other than my good friend who helped boost my show immensely by co-streaming with little ol' me. Despite being somewhat nervous at the very notion of starting an online art-show, I'd like to think I took to it pretty well after finding a bit of my rhythm. We decided that it would be cool if we drew each other's respective characters for the duration of the stream, so I cranked out this one as the ice-breaker.

While fun and bouncy isn't normally in my alley of design philosophy (as I usually try to strive for more cool and sexy compositions) overall I dig the final results. Squeek was a ton of fun to draw, and I'm sure that I'll find myself drawing her more in the near future. Someone in the chat ended up purchasing it by the show's end, and I'll admit that it's a tad tough to split ways with this one. I can only hope that he likes having this picture as much as I enjoyed creating it.

As for materials used, we've got Faber pens for the inks, and copic markers for the colors, all done on 9 x 12 in. Bristol board.
