I've used the same brush all the time I will share the brush setting soon maybe, i'm planning to create a nice brush set

Hmmm, I know of overlay ( dont know how it works tho XD ) but I have no idea what the color setting is. Anyways I'll just exeriment and see what works. Thanks alot for the reply

It's all painted in one layer? If it is, you have to use temp layers to paint it?

No, I used more layers, but actually I don't go over 30 layers. Depends on the painting

I like to use the colour palette from photoshop, and I'm used to make my own palettes too^^

in my own sketches my eyes and hands can take me only as far as stage 5. I fail miserably to achieve the "metallic"effect and I really don't understand what it is that eludes me in order to achieve it. I try with lots of contrast but it looks just like another "specular" highlight instead of the "shiny" reflection you so successfully re-create.
Maybe a dedicated tutorial on how to make a surcafe look metallic - with contrast to non-metallic?
