"The source of the powers of world of High Winds. Ardor is essentially a form of life energy that is found in all living and non living things. Ardor because of its nature is directly connected to the user's spirit and life force being a necessary component for one's continued survival and if you run out of it completely the consequence is death. It also has the ability to take the form of seven elements, Fire, Water, Earth, Flora, Lightning, Darkness, and Wind which each have their different attributes and abilities that give different effects."
