Is it underwater? Or in space? I think I remember the WIP saying underwater, but it looks rather space like now.

Very well done. I like the skin's texture and the glowy markings.

Interesting portrait Weird and beautiful,good choice of colors too. The hair/snakes/plants - whatever it is - edges are too blurred. I think it would look even better if sharpening them. Anyway it's a nice alien concept ^_-
