Sean Penn, you may know him for his work in I am Sam, Mystic River, 21 grams, Dead man walking...and many more.
I admire his work, and I've always wanted to draw this picture of him, but I didn't feel prepared until now. I chose this title because of his role in the movie We're no angels (with Robert De Niro). That's one of my all time fave movies, and I love his work on it.
As you know if you've followed the wip, I've loved to do this drawing, and hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I've enjoyed drawing it. This time I've mostly used circulism.

Circulism is a technique to get the skin texture, you basically draw really tiny overlapping circles to get the skin, here's a small explanation [link] in ~golfiscool 's webpage
