I wish I could come up with a more clever title haha
Special Commission for of Misty/Kasumi from Pokemon appearing to be quite cold (and annoyed about that) with the style of the series!
I added a few effects like the action lines and cold breath to give it some depth ^^ (Let me know if you'd like me to remove it though!)
