This one is about negative people who constantly try to bring you down with their negativity and skepticism. Hope you like it.

Sometimes I just want to improve myself, like other people do...
But I always have to struggle with my unwillingness and lack of confidence...
That's what bring me down mostly, and sometimes I just don't know what to do about it.

Actually, negativity helps us see the world the way it is, instead of seeing the way we want to see.
So technically, the arrow should be going up FASTER, because it has been enlightened.

Actually not. Being positive doesn't mean being naive or unrealistic, nor being negative means seeing the world as it is. The world migh't not be a bed of roses, but it certainly isn't a hell of thornes. If anything, positivity means (as long as you're not lying to yourself) that you can go on despite the hardships and look foward a better tomorrow.
Optimsim = Realistic Negativism
Negativism = Realistic Positivism

I do agree on your arguments. However, I would like to counter with a relatively famous quote: "Happy people listen to the music, sad people listen to the lyrics".
I like to interpret this as saying: positive people see life in full color, but negative people see what's behind the rainbow. Negativism gives us a sense of realism, and that is why when we are sad, we see life as it is; anything we imagined to be better than it actually was suddenly becomes "real". We stop dreaming, and start living.
However, like I said before, I do agree with your argument. I have a bad tendency of always having the last word, and not having it has an effect on me.

Positivism doesn't make you see only the colors. It has nothing to do with being realistic or sensible. A person can be positive while knowing full well that the world is not a happy place, and a positive attitude is the key to succeeding in many facets of life. Thanks for your agreement, anyways.
