it was taken inside a complex called "Mercaz Shimshon-Beit Shmuel" in Jerusalem.

Sigma 10-20mm by any chance?
I am saving hard to buy that lens.
My sister has it, and I have the Tokina 12-24mm, and feel the Sigma is a much better quality lens.
