So Back again wirth another Crossbone Referece, Here we Have Scar Scales, the prime muscle of the crossBones.

Species wise he is a grey crocodile, so i tried keeping the design reminicent to that crocodile, including the sereis of back spikes that help in moving in the water. My biggest focus is the Scars accross his body, which i spent days looking thorugh the many different skullbuckle images to find cohesive scars...sad to say...well ill let uou be the judge

so im trying to make a coherent design, that way i can referece it for future projects of mine Regarding the Animal Kingdom. As compared ot his original Ref, the bodt is more swuarish, i wanted to use shapes to help show a more "heroic" reference, comapred to skull Buckle , whos should look more beastial

Scar scales has been emphasized by his creator to have a more approachable feel , despite all his muscle mass and scars. Shapes are crucial when designing charecters, hence why i choose a more squarish appearence for thsi charecter overall. aside from that i enlarged his arms to give him superhero esque design, and because his main form of attack is usualy punching (according to stories)

also had fun with his legs, making sure they were super muscular, cus boy has scar scales done alot of cardio

also gave him a few scaley splotches, sincce crocodiles has rough skin, initialy he looked..too shark esque , hence the need for reptile texture
