1st of all sick modle m8 looks way better than they show it on the GW site and also may I ask what colours did you use on the faces on the cloke they just look so ghostly looking loving it

On the face, I used deadly night shade (since nowdays it doesn't exist, I recommend Necron Abyss, that's almost the same) to base it, then lighter and ligther version of it mixing deadly night shade with codex grey, then at the end skull white for the brightest areas. For the eyes I simply used watered down red like a wash.
For the cloack: the base was some kind of red (Scab Red perhaps), the ghosts are with Hawk Turqoise mixed with Skull White, and I made a blend between the red and the light blue, that caused the purplish colour.

Wow great job man, the contrast is done really well on this, it draws your eyes to all the different points while not detracting from the overall menacing commander look/vibe it gives off

Cool picture. Have you shoped the flying bases? The background gives a good mood to the model.
Nice non metal on the armour. I like the over all gray feeling on the model, it makes him look dead (in a good undead way). Then the more colorful parts stand out and makes him feel powerful. The orange leaves on the base makes a great contrast.
