I didn't feel like sleeping this night, so I started drawing. I went through my galery for some good expressive poses and I ended up finding some screenshot from pinterest of beautiful hands.

While drawing this, I thought: What are these doing (posing for picture, hahaha) and who they belong to. I was these are hands of old lady. First option was that she is using sign language. Second was, that she is very old and is reminding her self of when she was young. She used to be conductor. (I like the second option slightly more)
