Flaws: Being a self-employed pony, she is very overworked at times. Often, she is the only pony in her cafe working. She very rarely finds time for herself and is often tired. On her bad days she can have bags under her eyes, can mistake an order every so often. She can be very selfish, causing some problems in her relationships and often leaving her single. She doesn't like to be in very big crowds, so she'll turn down things like parties or concerts or large gatherings, though she quite enjoys a small, social gathering of close friends. She doesn't like the help of others so she will take more than she can handle and will most often work alone.

Vanilla Bean was born in Manehattan. However, in her younger years, she preferred being in her family's number one vacation spot, Falabella beach. She hated how grumpy many ponies were in Manehattan, and how dreary and cold the weather was 80% of the year. When she was old enough, she moved to Falabella, and opened her own cafe there. Not so long after, she soon met another pony who helped her with her stress of upholding the cafe and her own personal life. This pony eventually became her special some pony and together they share a fairly sized apartment and co-owned her cafe and his psychologist's office.

As mentioned before, Vanilla Bean resides in Falabella Beach working a personally owned cafe. In her spare time, she paints and spends time with her friends.
