Okay, I was re-reading some fanfic for Transformers, and I admit, I wanted to try and see what G1 Megs might look as a human. It's been done already, I'm sure, and while this isn't ENTIRELY original (looks very similar to other peoples takes I've seen), I like to think I added my own sort of flare to the design. Maybe....Anyway, here he is. Looking sour. Typical. I also decided to give him gray hair, not because of his paintjob being the same color, but because his character has always struck me as 'ye olde warrior type.' Of course he has a pretty bad temper too, but in his...calmer moments, he seems to have this 'I've been around the block' kind of aura. He's been around, he's learned from his experiences, he CAN be wiser for them....sometimes...
So, thus, gray hair. His face looks a tad long to me, but everytime I squash it, it looks....wrong. I dunno. The nose gives me fits too...it points down WAY to severly, but changing it made it look kinda big -_-
I don't really claim this as an original piece (I couldn't even decide where to put the thing), but I do claim the picture itself as mine. The design, not so much. The character, certainly not

I like this look for a human Megs... I tend to think of human bots as looking younger than this, but this fits Megatron. He's been around a great long while and he should look it.
Perhaps the reason why his face looks "long" is because he has no shoulders and body in this piece, so it looks more "noticeable" (although I think it looks just fine

Yeah, I did a Starscream one around the time I did Megatron, and he looks a lot younger in comparison. If you think about it though, they've all be alive a rather long time, so it's more the personality that gives the face its age and character than their actual ages. That's what I try to do anyway...
And yes, its possible the face wouldn't look so very long if there was a body present. The neck should be shorter too, now that I'm looking at it again....
And yeah, the white streak was a personal touch to give him a bit more of an original look outside of 'the old guy'
