The composition and color balance are excellent in this shot—very well done. However, for constructive critique, there is serious blow-out of the nose, cheek and hand. If you post-processed this for Dynamic Range, in the future I would suggest isolating out the areas susceptible to blow-out, with a high feather, then adjust the image for Dynamic Range. This will prevent the susceptible areas from being blown out. Obviously if the areas are already blown-out in the original shot, this won't help, other than to keep the blowout from getting worse.
