Description
i used primary pencil for clouds this time.

for god rays, i modified technical pen to make it 100% random for spacing, size and flow, stamp some circles to the canvas, and then i used smudge brush to "blend" them.

it doesn't look that nice imo. i really need to look at how others do clouds.
