Some more school related stuff. We had to design a character and then an environment to put the character in based on information the lecturers provided to us and aaAAAAAH, I'm so not used to drawing traditionally, especially as big as A3 ;_; (I usually draw so freaking tiny it's hilarious.) Sorry for the shitty perspective as well.All my multiliners are dead now I REALLY LIKED THEM

What the fuck are you even talking about?!! That damn piece is supercute, you can hardly tell that it's traditional stuff!!! So PLEASE stop crying over such nice works. I think this white area works out perfectly fine. It gives you an idea of the lighting conditions in the room. If you'd draw more black in there it would turn out overwhelming. In a negative way. It's always hard to balance out black/white pictures.Β

Plus this is just a really nice piece in general. You may not think you did a good job with the perspective, but it's pretty perfect.

Missy is a kind spirit. She sits in the rafters of the old kinder-garden room Mrs. Franklin teaches and watches over the children as they learn.Β
Missy remembers she used to set at the tiny desks and fit in the tiny chairs. She doesn't remember when she learned to float and fly like she does. It makes her sad because the other kids no longer see or play with her except little Cindy from last year.Β
She had fun with Cindy. They told secrets and Missy would show her all the really good hiding spots. Cindy told Missy she had to follow Mrs. Franklin's rules, and they should not hide or play during learning time.Β
Missy missed Cindy, they went to go hide one day and Cindy got stuck in one of the walls they would crawl through. There was a lot of commotion and people looked everywhere. Missy tried to help and show the big people where her friend was, but no one heard her.Β
Missy heard they found Cindy, but she never came back to class. So all she can do is sit on her swing, up in the rafters, and watch the kids learn about animals, and arithmetic and the world that Missy can never see. One day she hopes to see Cindy again, or meet someone like her and have another friend.Β
