A collab I'm doing with ~chibijazineSo I'm stumped about what to do with the hair...
I like the way it's been colored so far, and the snow I used a brush from =Scully7491 (I think) with gaussian blur.
any suggestions and comments are welcomed!!!

Hm.. I'd suggest the same as Akasha, I think. I really like how Winter Moon's hair came out (I'm a bishoujo senshi fan though) and similar treatment on this picture could work out well. Maybe experiment with a layer of blue-cream on top of the hair, edited to taste?
