yup, another painting by me! i did this a few weeks ago, but just remembered to put it up now
; anyways, i quite like this. it's the first in what is going to be a 3-part series. >.> other two are yet to be done... i didnt feel like drawing another angel today so i started painting a ballerina (so expect that to be up in a couple of weeks). anyhoo, this pic has kind of a sentimental meaning to me, so thats probably why i like it so much. as opposed to my other paintings which id rather die than frame lol! @.@ (ignore the camera info under this pic, its only there coz the only way i can get this onto the com is to use the digital camera)

beautiful painting! the angel not having any hair reminds me of this angel story i read about. this angel appears to cancer patients and helps them, but she appears to them with no hair becuase it makes the cancer patients more comftable. sorry if thats like way way off ^.^; thats what it sorta reminds me off

well... the background is bler, but i like the figure.
the wing looks like its bent back too far, its all red, it looks sore.
i love the grey tones in the skin.

its a gorgeous blend of colours that i don't even think i could accomplish...like ever.

You definitely have talent for this! I love the mixture of colours, especially on the wings. The anatomy is perfect! I like the perspective you drew this so her face is hidden. Awesome painting!
