[Updated 8/10/2018]Graphite pencil drawing of Cyberdemon from DOOM (2016).
This is one of the most fun drawings I've made in a while and working on this while listening to Mick Gordon's DOOM Soundtrack only made it sweeter lol. I spent 26 hours on this but a large chunk of that time was spent on the cannon. Lost count on how many circles I drew for it

Materials Used:
- 2mm Lead Holder w/ 2H & 4B lead
- 0.5mm & 0.7mm HB Mechanical pencils
- 4B & 6B Wooden cased Graphite Pencils
- Kneaded eraser
- Mars Plastic Eraser
- Blending Stump
- Cotton ball & Q-Tips
- Powdered Graphite

I always like it when an artist knows when and how to add just a touch of color the a black and white piece. The eyes are a perfect example.
I never played the 2016 DOOM, but he looks like a tough baddie. Hope you had your BFG handy. (Yes, I played the 2012 version so I know about the BFG).

Thank you Llydia! Adding a touch of color is something I really want to do to all my drawings. On this drawing the color is very tiny but I think it looks cool. Love the BFG reference btw haha you should see the new one it’s insane. Anyway, very glad you like it. There’s more to come.

Did you do the lighting leaving the paper empty or did you used an eraser?

Yes, I left those spots blank and shaded everything around dark enough to make the lighting look brighter. I also used an eraser for all the other highlights in the drawing.

Thanks! No, it was my first time playing so; I played on the Im Too Young to Die difficulty first. I have never played the previous DOOM games before this one but, it was fun learning and killing things!
