Finally I get some time to draw!!!Female Preds are awesome! When are we gonna see 'um in a freakin movie!!!!!!!

Nice! I too would like to see a female Predator in one of the films especially after reading about them in the novels. There was supposed to be one in one of the movies (can't remember if it was Predators or Predator 2). But sadly they cut her from it.

that they are...but knowing the movie industry, they'll never be introduced. That's normally left up to fanfics and maybe those that use Rule 34.

Well, that and the novels and comics. Females were mentioned in AVP: Prey (the novel anyway), and a female Pred was one of the main characters in AVP: Deadliest of the Species. There was also a female Predator in one of the crossovers with Witchblade if memory serves.

True, I doubt they'll ever put them in a film. They're too afraid to do that, just like they're too afraid to explore the Yautja's culture. And here's another idea. Why not make the movie about the Yautja for change and actually have one survive the hunt for once. I mean, it's pretty predictable that the hunt will fail in the end of the movies. It's worked that way for both movies and Predators as well. AVP came close to being different, but again both had to end with the main Preds dying. Though some argue Wolf was able to survive that explosion, I highly doubt he did. Sure Scareface did, but he wasn't out in the open like Wolf was.

agreed on all accounts. I also believe that they might not know how to truly portray a female pred to make everyone happy. Some believe that they have breasts like humans, others don't, so it's a catch 22 for them. I also doubt that Wolf would survive that blast, as he was LITERALLY right on top of it wasn't he?

There's also the Hish thing... God help them if they make that canon rather than the Yautja. I think they're mostly mammalian myself. Perhaps with a bit of reptile in them, but more or less, they're humanoid mammals with reptilian and crustacean-like features. But even if they were reptilian, they wouldn't have to completely adhere to earth's reptiles standards much like Xenos don't completely adhere to earth insect standards. I mean Xenos seem to have both an exoskeleton and an endoskeleton whereas any Earth arthropod only has an exoskeleton. They do this debate with Elites too even though a female Elite has been shown lol. Yeah, it engulfed both him and the Predalien. Granted I wish he HAD lived, he was the only good thing in AVPR, but alas he did. Though he did survive in the PSP game which I actually enjoyed more than the movie. I was completely OK with the Predalien being absent from it, too. Namely because in the original idea, it was to die while it was still a Chestburster anyhow.

Yeah and besides, they have enough reptilian features such as their skin and the fact the females are usually bigger than the males. They need some mammalian traits to balance it out because if they were completely reptilian, they'd seem less extraterrestrial-like in my view.
