Here's my map where the USA and CSA during the Civil War, Napoleon's Continental System, and the Japanese Empire at it's height are all teleported to a world where humanity never evolved.

It has been 200 years since the event, pushing the world into the the 3rd Century post Event. The world has reached a new sense of normal as the Cross-Continental Concordance Compact between the USA and Imperial Europe face off against the Amero-Asia Defense Accord with the CSA and the Japanese Empire in the Deadlock War. The Space Race is just beginning to kick into gear, with several moon landings having been made in the past several decades as the competing alliances race to establish a presence on and around lunar space to gain the edge in any future war, and the internet having connected the world

The American continent is surprisingly peaceful, the 4th Great American war having ended over 60 years ago, with a decisive Union Victory, leading to the gaining of mass border territory and several States the Confederates took off of the Union in previous Great American wars. This has been a great boon for blacks all throughout the CSA, who flee to USA to escape the harsh racial segregation laws in the CSA. Small border skirmishes between New Afrika and the CSA are infrequent, but not uncommon.

Europe is mostly divided between competing powers, with the main star being Imperial Europe. While the Continental System no longer exists, the Cross-Continental Concordance Compact includes Sweden and Nova Poland in it. Austria has reconquered Germany, forming the Kingdom of Germany, which is held under the Austrian Crown. Prussia is becoming increasingly irrelevant as it's boxed into the Baltic Sea, turning to more radical ideologies to keep itself from being absorbed by the major powers of Europe.

Asia has been the Japanese oyster for over a century, the Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere is one of the longest lasting organizations still around, but power is slowly shifting away from Tokyo. As Japan's puppet nations slowly gain more and more industry and influence, it's finding itself increasingly encroached upon by foreign and domestic powers. With China falling into the hands of the National Republic of China, and it's formal exit from GEACPS, Asia is increasingly seeming to tilt in the favor of China.

Africa is populated by a variety of empires and groups that fled other states to make their own small fiefdoms. Slowly however, the nations and countries they fled are slowly beginning to knock on their door again. Imperial Europe has ambitions on Northern Africa, the CSA has ambitions of West Africa, the USA with South Africa, and Japan has ideas of expanding it's East African colony. All are beginning to compete in an alternate Scrabble for Africa, some countries, like the Congo and Madagascar being prime to resist colony incursions by their old European brothers.
