Would be more accurate to have wider width between rails. Wider gauged tracks are better for higher speed trains. Standard gauge is about 1.4 m. This tunnel looks like it was designed for trains going at about 70 miles per hour.

If you are feeling random and crazy you can even try train tracks on the ceiling with trains running at high speed with downforce spoilers in some sci-fi universe setting.
They demonstrated that Formula 1 cars have down-force spoilers that generate strong enough forces at 200mph they can ride upside down in a tunnel.
