Compared to the hair, everything else in the drawing looks unfinished. I would do more work on her shoulder, and liven up all the peach tones. She kinda blends in with the background.

The hair really is the focus here, you did nice work on it! The shading with the red tone is very nice and shiny, though a few white highlights could really make it stand out. I also might work a little more on the black, it almost looks flat in comparison to the red, try adding some really black areas and some highlights there.
I don't know if you are going for a more realistic or stylized feeling here, but if you want the piece to be more realistic you would want to erase the hard outlines and work on giving the skin some more natural shading, especially near the body art on her shoulder where it looks a little flat.

while I began with the work on this drawing I didnt't think it will become very realistic! but then I tried to draw the hair with some crayons and then they looked more realtistic than I thought..^^
