A mysterious Draco who's calming presence emits a comforting aura. Glowing with sacred light, this keeper of sweet dreams is said to wait at a Fountain of beauty immortal. But only those who can hear her voice are said to be granted to this place...this place of Light and Dreams....

A keeper of fate, she watches over the dreams of those who wish for a better tomorrow. Kind, compassionate, and always seemingly to know what to say, they say she only appears where and when she is needed. Many whisper her name in silent reverence, but she does not care for such formalities.

It is unknown weather or not that third eye on her forehead is real or not, but it seems to hold a mysterious presence. Should you lose your way and find yourself standing in her presence, she may test you in order to judge your worthiness. However do not take it as an insult! She loves to test those for courage, love and compassion and often yields a reward to those that pass her trails.

Her Fountain is said to lay at the edge of the bitter north known as Rainbow Resort in PopStar but that remains to be seen as no one as seen her in years. Though some say she might be awaiting for the one who will carry on the light she wields to give a new hope to tomorrow's wind.

I've been silent because I've been playing the new Zelda game, and one of the dragons introduce majorly inspired this lady. Both FayeleneFyre and I were inspired by the same character and Faye kindly made me this Draco when I shared my idea with her! I love her...so much. She's not only inspired by the new dragon seen in the game but also the mysterious Zonai race. I do intend on uploading a Zonai OC late but maybe after a couple of weeks when everything has settled.
